On successful completion, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion jointly issued by XLRI Jamshedpur and XLEAD.
Participants who meet the minimum attendance but are unable to clear the final evaluation will be awarded a Participation Certificate jointly issued by XLRI and XLEAD.
The programme also equips candidates for SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification readiness — conducted independently by SHRM.

Dr. R K Premarajan is a distinguished Professor of Organisational Behaviour at XLRI Jamshedpur, with over three decades of experience in HRM and behavioral sciences. A Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and an M.A. in Psychology from Calicut University, Dr. Premarajan has significantly contributed to both academia and industry. He served on XLRI’s Governing Board and is a long-standing Advisory Board Member at SHRM India.
His academic work spans areas such as managerial competencies, HR measurement, competency-based selection, and strategic HRM. Known for integrating academic rigor with practical relevance, he has led countless in-company programs across psychometric testing, HR analytics, and behavioral interviewing. His expertise deeply shapes the EDPHRM programme, providing participants with cutting-edge knowledge rooted in both research and industry application.
