On-Campus Immersion
Participants engage in a 5-day structured immersion at XLRI – Xavier School of Management, one of India’s oldest and most respected management institutes. Established in 1949, XLRI’s Jamshedpur campus offers a spacious, green, academically oriented environment that fosters deeper learning, rich peer interaction, and direct faculty engagement, enhancing the postgraduate experience.
During the campus stay, participants take part in intensive classroom sessions and group-based learning activities designed to deepen understanding and collaboration. Attendance for the in-campus module is mandatory for all participants. XLRI provides boarding and lodging facilities throughout the campus component, ensuring a focused and immersive learning experience.

Professor Sheel regularly designs and delivers customised leadership development programmes for leading corporate clients. He has an established track record of training senior executives across organisations such as Coca-Cola India, NTPC, NPCIL, NHPC, JSW, Powergrid, ONGC, Indian Oil, HAL, Tata Steel, Tata Capital, Mahindra & Mahindra, L&T, Novo Nordisk, and Asian Paints.
In 2016, he launched India’s first dedicated Leadership and Change Management programme and has since led 10 batches, training over 1,100 executives.
